Terms of Use

You are reading a fixed set of pages published at www.qmformulastudent.co.uk. This section explains what that publication actually is, what happens when you click a link on it, and what it cannot promise you.

Publication

This site is built in advance as static files and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account system, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on it. Nothing you do on this site can create, submit, change or delete anything, because there is no mechanism provided for that. The sitemap lists a single address, and that address is the entire published inventory at any given time.

Every page carries a publication and modification date in its structured data. The modification date matches the date the sitemap publishes, so you can always check which version of a page you are reading. If you request an address that does not exist on this site, you receive a page marked so that search engines and other automated tools are told not to index or follow it, and you are immediately sent to the home page. A mistyped or expired address cannot turn into a page of its own.

Links

This site runs no gambling service of its own. Where a link to an operator appears, clicking it never takes you directly to that operator. Instead it goes to an address on this domain, which answers with a redirect and hands you to the operator's own tracking address from there. Ten such redirect rules exist in the build, and every one of them points outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as sponsored and opens in a separate tab, so the page you were reading stays open.

Everything this site needs to display a page — its styles, scripts, fonts and images — is loaded from this same domain. No third-party server is contacted while a page is being shown to you. That changes the moment you follow an operator link: at that point you leave this domain, and the operator's own site receives your request directly.

Relationship

Your relationship with an operator, and any terms that govern it, begin only once you arrive on the operator's own site. Nothing on this site is capable of forming an agreement between you and an operator, because this site has no account system, no transaction capability and no way to collect the kind of information an agreement would require. Whatever terms an operator applies to you are set entirely by that operator, on their own site, once you have left here.

Absences

This site names no company, no jurisdiction and no complaints procedure, and that is a direct consequence of how it is built rather than an oversight. There is no registration, no account and no way to submit anything on this site, so nothing here can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no visitor-generated content exists anywhere on it. The build also carries no e-mail address, no telephone number, no postal address and no contact form. That means these terms cannot promise you a complaints channel, a response time, or a named counterparty to deal with, because none of those things exist in what was built.

The absences listed above are the accurate description of this page's limits, and they matter more to you as a reader than a borrowed or generic clause would. If you need terms that actually bind an operator, they are published on that operator's own site, reached only after you follow a link away from here.
